To open an account, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number or email address, and you must be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. Your national ID or passport may be required later for verification.

No. Under Bets 10's policy, each mobile number or email address can only be used to create one account. Opening multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended and any funds held being forfeited.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile section. Upload photos of the front and back of your national ID or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals will not be processed without a completed KYC.

To change your mobile number after registration, you'll need to contact the support team. Identity verification will be required. Usernames are generally not changeable, but your display name can be updated.
